Embed a live rank badge

One generic badge image, parameterized by entry id — pick which account it points to below (same idea as a GitHub stars badge). It's a plain <img> inside a link, so it works anywhere basic HTML is allowed: personal sites, forum signatures, GitHub READMEs. It re-fetches itself every few minutes wherever it's embedded, so the rank shown stays current without any JavaScript on your end.
